Journey of the Bells
... tells the story of two families separated by 2000 years but connected by the arrival of a new baby.
Though their circumstances are very different, both mothers share the apprehension, excitement, fear, and joy that attends the process of expecting. Mary’s belief in God grounds her as she waits for the infant Jesus.
In turn Jenny, our modern mother's belief in Jesus grounds her as she and her husband John, wade through the adoption process.
The title’s “Bells” refer to the iconic Carol of the Bells, the musical theme woven throughout tonight’s music.
